Open Letter

As the parent of a child fully recovered from severe learning disabilities, namely Autism and ADHD, I am acutely aware of the difficulties that other parents like myself, have faced and continue to face. I have accordingly been divinely inspired to create the Uk’s 1 st authentic holistic halal business in order to devote much of my time to helping such families in our communities both here in the United Kingdom and abroad.

Nutrition plays a critical role in helping both children and adults to overcome their disabilities and the link between physical and mental health and the condition of our digestive systems is absolute.

There is an extraordinary nature to something that is one of a kind, and the allure to uniqueness is undeniable. There are certain qualities that can set our senses in motion unlike anything else and there may be no better way to engage all the senses than through food.

The societal pendulum may continue to swing towards speed, uniformity, and excess, but there are people out there who resist with all their might and offer an alternative way forward. I am one of those unique people I do not care for the status quo. I upend all odds and smartly persist in order that we may return to the ways of our ancestors.

It’s ALWAYS been my preference to keep company with people who are willing to go deep. By deep, I mean people who work and study hard, people who aren't afraid to ask questions, people whose enthusiasm for experimentation never wavers, people who, above all else, are willing to sacrifice for the sweet pleasure of slowly obtained mastery.
I am committed and devoted to addressing all that relates to carcass bones and broths, animal fats and tallows on four very different levels: the spiritual, the symbolic, the technical, and the practical.
